Not Able To See The Good
I have this friend who seems to take joy
from everything. She laughs so much and smiles her day through and
never seems to have a bad word to say about people. Her life seems
fulfilled and balanced. I'd love to feel that way. What
simple way could I start to get back on track?
Simply put, count your blessings.
We can't feel deprived or down when
we're thinking about the bounty and good in our life.
Every day, set aside time for this
activity. Consciously make lists of what in your life makes you
smile when you think of it.
It has amazing consequences.
