Asking her to marry me - Where
and when to propose
We're having dinner at my girlfriend's
parents house in a few weeks and I was thinking of asking her to marry
me, with her parents there. Is this a good idea?
When it comes to proposals, different
women love and are accepting of different things. Some might like
the question asked on the Big board at a hockey game, others a romantic
stroll on the beach.
However, you might want to hesitate
before doing this very important thing in front of her parents.
They may not have the kind of relationship that she'd feel comfortable
showing emotion with. Or she may even want some time to think
about your question and parents sometimes have a way of pushing us.
Think about it carefully and perhaps
consider choosing a less pressured path for such an important moment in
your lives.
